Choose from a curated palette of vibrant, food-safe underglazes. Remember to apply three thin coats for strong, even colour coverage.
Painting Techniques
Experiment! Use masking tape for clean borders, layering for depth, or sgraffito (scratching through paint) for crisp, striking contrast.
Step 5: Glazing & Firing (The Magic)
You finish painting, and Limba's team takes over! We apply a food-safe clear glaze and fire the piece at 1100 to 1200°C. This vitrifies the clay and seals your design into a glossy, durable, and functional artwork.
